our policies

scheduling and appointment and cancellations

For your convenience, office hours are scheduled by appointment. We have three convenient locations to serve you. Click here for contact information and directions. Please allow 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.

payment options

We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard and Visa.

emergency contact and after hours

If you have questions or concerns regarding any medical problem, we encourage you to call. If the issue that you are having occurs after normal business hours, please call our answering service at 330.434.0250. They will forward all messages to the physician. Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

pregnancy and delivery

You will be able to meet all of our doctors during your prenatal care visits. When you deliver, you will be delivered by our doctor who is scheduled on-call at the time of your delivery. By the end of your prenatal visits, you should be comfortable with all of the doctors, as our on-call doctor changes daily. We do try and accommodate special requests for doctors who are not on-call.

contacting a doctor

We encourage you to contact our doctors regarding your medical care. During normal business hours, we will respond to emergency calls immediately. Non emergency calls will be answered at lunch and after hours. If you need to reach a physician after hours, contact our answering service at 330.434.0250 and you should receive a call back within a few minutes. If you do not receive a return call promptly, please call the answering service again. If you have a problem with a doctor returning a phone call, please contact the office manager to discuss the problem. If at anytime you feel that you have an emergency and cannot reach a physician, please go to the emergency room or the labor and delivery unit of your preferred hospital.

billing policies

We participate in most insurance plans. To view the full list of acceptable insurance, click here. We will bill your insurance company directly when you provide the accurate information. Please inform us of any changes in insurance, address or phone number. If you have any billing questions, feel free to contact our billing experts at 330.666.9566. Please remember to follow any of your carrier's rules regarding referrals from you primary care physician.

important telephone information

Unfortunately, we are not able to return any messages to pager numbers, or phones with caller id blocking from restricted numbers. We will leave messages on voicemail and answering machines that are not of a confidential nature unless otherwise requested.
